Yes—being a member of RCPA is completely free!

There are no monthly or annual, or transaction fees associate with the RCPA Fuel Card. In the event that a weekly invoice is not paid in full, a late fee equal to the greater of $35 or 0.005% per day of he past due amount will be charged. RCPA may also charge interest on any past due amount at the rate of the Federal Reserve Prime Rate plus 4%. A returned payment fee of $20 may also be charged.

Every Friday, your bank account will be drafte for the total amount due to RCPA for your previous week’s fuel purchases.

The RCPA fuel card is a commercial use card. Cardholders may only use cards for commercial purposes (which means the payment of business expenses), and not for personal, family or household purposes. Please consult your CPA to determine what personal vehicle expenses qualify as legitimate business expenses.

Once your application is approved and you have submitted all RCPA cardholder agreement documents to RCPA, you should receive your cards within 4-7 business days.

The RCPA fuel card can be used at any gas station that accepts Mastercard®.

If the terminal pumps accept Mastercard®, the Fuel Card will work at them.

On a quarterly basis, your total fuel card savings from applicable discounts for the last three months will be paid in the form of a check sent to the address on file.
